A virtual conference is an interactive event that takes place online bringing together a large group of people who share common niche interests or expertise – to network, learn and plan.
Virtual Conferences, like physical conferences, consist of keynote sessions, breakout sessions, exhibition halls and much more, with the purpose to interact and engage with audiences online.
This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location in order to become a part of the event. You can participate from anywhere you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
All delegates attending the event will be able to register for free which will grant them access to the event and all digital content for 30 days. Please contact our events team if you have any questions.
As a delegate, speaker, sponsor or exhibitor you will be able to engage virtually with all other delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors in the event.

You need to follow log in instructions to enter the V-Fairs website; sometimes you will be prompted to enter zoom via the auditorium in order to watch the live sessions.

Absolutely. Please spread the word. You can simply share the link of the event page to allow them to register and enter the event at their convenience.
You will be issued with a unique URL that grants access to the virtual hall and the event.
Click on exhibition hall from the lobby or navigation at top of the screen once you have logged in. Simply scroll through the screen placing your cursor on the left or right of the screen, and place your cursor on the booth you want to visit.
You can directly contact participants on the virtual exhibition hall (the scrolling booths) or by looking at their details on the participants’ list. You make contact by approaching them virtually, and you can make arrangements to meet at your mutual convenience, or enjoy the serendipity of the virtual hall to make new connections.
Yes, you can download content and save it into a ‘digital conference bag’. You can add all of the documents available to the online swag bag in your account and then email them to yourself or share items with your colleagues by simply entering their email.
Yes, you have 30 days to log in and attend the webinar sessions. The virtual hall will only be virtually manned during the event times, but content that is downloadable from the exhibition booths will also be available for 30 days from the start date of the event.
